Can your WPC machine use fiberglass waste instead of wood flour?

Yongte WPC machine can use waste PP/PE plastics and fiberglass waste to produce WPC products. This technology has been tested and verified by Yongte, and Yongte has already provided a complete set of production equipment for the recycling and reuse of fiberglass to produce WPC products to a Canadian customer.

In this project, Yongte's WPC machine no longer uses wood flour, but instead uses fiberglass recycled from PCB circuit boards. Yongte optimized the structure and design of the WPC equipment to accommodate the plasticizing process of fiberglass and waste plastic composites. After multiple tests and formula adjustments, a complete set of production equipment and process formulas suitable for WPC products made from fiberglass and waste plastic composites was successfully designed. 

We also tested different molds for producing different products from fiberglass and recycled plastic composite material, and whether producing hollow WPC wall panel or solid WPC decking products, we were able to consistently produce high-quality products. Furthermore, we equipped the WPC equipment with a co-extrusion system to ensure the product's weather resistance, allowing for outdoor use for over 10 years. And the WPC machine is equipped with online embossing to produce 3D wood grain texture, making the products not only durable but also aesthetically pleasing. The Canada Customers are extremely satisfied with our WPC equipment, processes, and services.

The success of this fiberglass and recycled plastic composite project not only represents a further step in Yongte's international market development but also broadens the path for the development of raw materials for wood-plastic composite production and provides a more optimized solution for PCB circuit board recycling.
