1. Working Principle

Plastic Crushing machine uses an electric motor to drive the rotating blade disc to rotate at high speed. This creates a shearing, tearing, and impacting action with the stationary blades, breaking the material into small pieces. The crushed particles are screened to control particle size. Particles that meet the required size are discharged, while those that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in a continuous cycle. For example, when processing rigid PVC pipes, the shear force created by the high-speed rotating blades and the stationary blades quickly cuts the material. When processing soft films, the tearing action of the blade disc prevents entanglement.
