1, Wood Powder Production

Yongte wood powder production equipment can transform agricultural and forestry waste such as logs, sawdust, rice husks, and wheat straw into high-quality wood powder. This sustainable approach utilizes renewable resources and reduces waste.

2, Plastic Recycling

Yongte's plastic recycling equipment processes PP/PE plastic waste—such as bottles, film, bags, and cans—into clean plastic flakes through a series of processes including crushing, cleaning, and drying. This not only reduces environmental pollution but also lowers raw material costs.

3, Raw Material Mixing

According to the formula provided by Yongte, wood powder, plastic, and auxiliary agents are mixed in a high-speed mixer. Our optimized formulas ensure the perfect balance between cost-effectiveness and product quality.

4, WPC Pellet Manufacturing

The mixture is transported to the Yongte WPC granulation machine, which is equipped with a high-efficiency parallel twin-screw extruder specifically designed for wood plastic composites, a high-speed hot pelletizing system, and a rapid three-stage air cooling system. The wood powder ratio can reach 60-70%, and the produced WPC pellets are evenly mixed and well plasticized to ensure the quality of the final product.

5, WPC Profile Extrusion

The WPC pellets are processed on Yongte's WPC profile extrusion line. The equipment features a specially designed conical twin-screw extruder, die head, and mold, all specifically built for wood-plastic materials. It also includes an online 3D embossing device, a high-speed cooling system, a powerful traction device, and an automatic cutting system. The production process is efficient and stable, with precise control at each stage, which greatly improves production capacity. The WPC products produced have stable dimensions, neat cutting surfaces without burrs, realistic and vivid wood grains, and excellent performance.

6, Co-Extrusion Process

High precision co-extrusion process to coating anti-UV aging layer on surface of WPC products to increase its using life. more than 10 years using life can be achieved

7, Online 3D Embossing Process

Online 3D embossing process can make deep wooden grain texture on the WPC products surface, we have many different beautiful embossing designs can be achieved as per customer's needs

8, Sanding and brushing process
