Details and Pictures
Conical twin-screw extruder: responsible for plasticizing and pushing raw materials (such as PVC, stone powder, etc.) to make them into a uniform melt. The extrusion volume varies according to the size and speed of the screw, and a good temperature control system ensures stable plasticizing performance and extrusion efficiency.
Extrusion Mold: After the raw materials are heated and dissolved, they are extruded through the mold. The alloy die lip and adjustable flow block can provide uniform pressure to ensure that the shape and size of the board meet the requirements.
Three roller calendaring machine: it uses three rollers to calender, cool, and surface-treat materials. The roller surface finish reaches ▽10 or higher, and hot oil or cooling water can be circulated inside. A baffle design optimizes medium reflux, achieving precise temperature control. The roller length is slightly greater than the die head width to ensure uniform pressure on the material.
PVC foam sheet Cooling stacker: this stacker is 5 meter length, it is used for nature cooling of the PVC marble sheet.
Hauling machine: Hauling the PVC marble sheet to move it at a certain speed and direction to ensure the continuous production of the board. The rubber pressing block of the hauling machine is usually made of polyurethane material, which does not damage the surface finish when hauling the stone plastic line product.
Cutter: Used to cut the continuously produced PVC foam sheet into the required length.
