1, Main Extruder (SJ Series):As the "power core" of the production line, it adopts a single-screw design (SJ series), adapted to the melting characteristics of PE raw materials. It can uniformly heat solid PE granules to a molten state and push them to the die through stable extrusion pressure, ensuring sufficient plasticization of the raw material and laying the foundation for pipe strength.
2, Marking Extruder: Simultaneously prints markings on the pipe surface, accurately printing pipe specifications (e.g., "DN110mm"), brand, production date, pressure rating, etc., conforming to industry marking standards and facilitating subsequent installation and traceability.
3, High-Precision Die: Customized according to the target pipe diameter, the die flow channel undergoes special polishing treatment to reduce raw material flow resistance and ensure uniform pipe wall thickness. It also features a quick-release design, requiring only 1-2 hours to change the die, significantly shortening changeover time.
4, Vacuum and Water Cooling Tanks: The vacuum system uses negative pressure adsorption to quickly fix the shape of the pipes; the circulating water cooling tank wraps the pipes with a uniform water flow, rapidly cooling the molten pipes to room temperature, preventing deformation caused by uneven cooling, and improving the smoothness of the pipe surface.
5, Traction Device: Utilizing a dual-track traction structure, the cooled pipes are pulled at a constant speed, ensuring consistent elongation along the pipe;s length, avoiding uneven thickness and guaranteeing pipe diameter accuracy.
6, Automatic Cutting Equipment: Equipped with a high-precision servo motor, it can automatically cut pipes to preset lengths (e.g., 6-meter, 12-meter standard pipe lengths), producing smooth, burr-free cuts. Cut pipes can then directly proceed to the next stage (e.g., stacking, packaging).
7, Electrical Control System: Integrating components from well-known brands (e.g., high-precision temperature controllers, frequency converters), it supports one-button start/stop, parameter storage (e.g., saving production parameters for commonly used pipe diameters for direct recall), and fault alarm functions (e.g., motor overload, abnormal cooling water temperature), reducing equipment maintenance difficulty.
