Advantages of Yongte 110-315mm PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
Twin-screw extruder: The conical twin-screw extruder heats and melts the mixed raw materials (PVC melting temperature 160-190℃) through the shearing and conveying action of the screws, and then delivers them to the mold under stable pressure.

Drive system: High quality servo motor with special speed controller, improving energy efficiency by more than 30% compared to traditional motors.

Die and mold structure: The extrusion die is customized according to the pipe specifications (such as DN20, DN50), and has an internal flow divider cone and forming cavity to form a hollow tubular structure from the molten material. The die temperature must be matched with the extruder outlet temperature.

Vacuum calibration water tank: The pipe is pressed tightly against the sizing sleeve by vacuum negative pressure, while cold water sprays quickly cool it, thus fixing the pipe size (controlling roundness and outer diameter deviation).

Crawler-type traction machine: four caterpillar traction machine, equip with servo motor, it will provide stable traction force to pull out the cooled tube at a uniform speed. The traction speed must be synchronized with the extrusion speed to avoid stretching or wrinkling of the tube.

Automatic cutting machine: fixed length automatic cutting without chips, drived by servo motor.
