3, Wood-plastic composite (WPC) formulations are flexible (e.g., PE/WPC, PP/WPC, PVC/WPC, fillers such as wood flour/bamboo flour/rice husk powder, with adjustable filler content from 30% to 70%). 5. The barrel of Yongte conical twin-screw extruder is typically divided into 3-5 heating zones (feeding zone, compression zone, plasticizing zone, homogenizing zone, and die head zone). Combined with the shear heating generated by the twin screws, it can achieve a process of "low-temperature feeding - gradient heating - constant-temperature homogenization," avoiding localized high temperatures (wood flour in wood-plastic composites is prone to carbonization above 200℃, and the plastic matrix also requires strict temperature control). The two screws scrape against each other for self-cleaning, reducing material residue in the screw gaps and preventing residual material from carbonizing and mixing into the finished product, causing "black spot" defects on the product surface.

6. WPC extrusion line require long-term continuous operation (typically 24 hours a day without interruption).
