Details of Yongte automatic pipe production system

1. Automated Raw Material Handling: PVC pipe production requires mixing various raw materials such as resin (e.g., PVC resin), stabilizers, and plasticizers according to a formula. An automated batching system can be configured to automatically control the feeding of each raw material into the mixer according to a preset formula. After mixing, the mixture is automatically conveyed to the extruder via a screw feeder. PE/PPR raw materials are automatically vacuum-fed into a drying hopper, automatically dried, and then fed into the extruder.

2. Automated Extrusion Molding: Each section of the extruder barrel is equipped with a thermocouple + solid-state relay (SSR) to automatically control the temperature and adjust the heating power in real time. A flow matching model is established between the feeder and the screw speed to avoid "over-feeding leading to pipe wall thickness exceeding tolerances" or "over-feeding leading to thinner pipes."

3. Automated Cooling, Shaping, and Traction Cutting: Cooling and shaping determine the outer diameter/wall thickness of the pipe, while traction cutting affects length accuracy. Yongte Automation's solution uses "online detection + real-time correction" to control dimensional tolerances within international standards. The vacuum forming chamber is equipped with a vacuum degree sensor and a water temperature sensor. A PLC automatically adjusts the vacuum pump power and cooling water flow rate. The traction machine is driven by a servo motor and also receives data from an online laser diameter measuring instrument to ensure the pipe dimensions meet customer requirements. Automatic cutting and waste removal are achieved through an encoder and servo cutter head, with a length tolerance of ≤±2mm.

4. Automated post-processing of finished products: Finished products are automatically palletized via a palletizing robot that plans an "interlaced palletizing" path.
