Yongte 315-630mm PVC Pipe Production Machine is a complete set of equipment that processes PVC raw materials into pipes through a continuous extrusion molding process. Its core is the automation of the raw material melting, molding, shaping, and cutting process. The stability of this process directly determines the dimensional accuracy and physical properties of the pipes.
PVC pipes with a diameter of 315-630mm are classified as medium to large-sized pipes and are mainly used in municipal water supply and drainage, industrial water supply networks, and agricultural irrigation. Advantages of 315-630mm PVC Pipe Production Machine
Twin-screw extruder: The conical twin-screw extruder heats and melts the mixed raw materials (PVC melting temperature 160-190℃) through the shearing and conveying action of the screws, and then delivers them to the mold under stable pressure.
The barrel equip with 5 zones of temperature control and is equipped with a forced air cooling + water cooling dual cooling system to prevent localized overheating that could lead to PVC decomposition. The screw uses a bimetallic alloy coating (wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant) to meet the high-load requirements of large-diameter production. A melt pressure/temperature sensor is standard to monitor the die head status in real time and automatically alarm in case of abnormalities.
Drive system: Yongte extruder equip servo motor driven are 20%-30% more energy-efficient than ordinary asynchronous motors, and have higher speed stability, making them suitable for precise speed control in large-diameter production.

Die and mold structure: Yongte PVC pipe machine equip spiral flow divider molds (superior to ordinary inline molds) feature streamlined flow divider cones to reduce melt retention and uneven shearing, avoiding melt stratification and uneven wall thickness caused by inline molds; ensuring wall thickness deviation ≤ ±5%.
The mold diameter covers 315-630mm, and the specific pipe diameter can be adjusted by changing the mandrel and die. The mandrel have an internal cooling channel (with 20-30℃ cooling water) to prevent overheating and collapse of the inner wall of the pipe.
The mold has 3-section temperature control (feed section 175-185℃, forming section 180-190℃, and exit section 178-188℃), with a temperature difference ≤±3℃ to avoid fluctuations in melt flowability

Vacuum calibration water tank: Yongte PVC pipe production machine equip "internal cooling + multi-stage vacuum" cooling tank to ensure the roundness of large-diameter pipes.The pipe is pressed tightly against the sizing sleeve by vacuum negative pressure, while cold water sprays quickly cool it, thus fixing the pipe size (controlling roundness and outer diameter deviation).


Crawler-type traction machine: The four-tracked traction machine (traction force ≥50kN) features tracks made of wear-resistant rubber with an arc-shaped contact surface to prevent damage to the pipe. The traction speed is infinitely adjustable (0.5-3m/min), with synchronization accuracy with the extrusion speed ≤±0.2m/min. It is equipped with a closed-loop speed control system to prevent dimensional deviations caused by pipe stretching or shrinkage.


Automatic cutting machine: Planetary cutting machine , equipped with servo positioning system, cutting length error ≤±10mm (common finished length 6 meters or 12 meters), water spray cooling saw blade during cutting to avoid pipe cutting edge melting and burrs.
