Yongte Wood Grain PVC Window Profile Co-Extrusion Line is a specialized manufacturing co-extrusion system designed to produce PVC window profiles that mimic the appearance of wood grain finishes. These profiles combine the durability and energy efficiency of PVC with the aesthetic appeal of wood, making them popular for both residential and commercial applications.

PVC window profile core material mixing and extrusion: The material for the core layer is mixture of PVC resin, CaCo3 and additiuves, the mixture material melted in the conical twin screw extruder barrel to form a molten blend.
Color and Pattern Extrusion: Specialty dies and co-extrusion processes are used to apply wood grain patterns and colors onto the surface of the PVC profile during extrusion. This can involve using a separate compounding unit to incorporate the wood-like color and pattern.

Vacuum calibration and cooling: The extruded PVC profiles with the wood grain finish are then cooled and solidified using a cooling system. Sizing dies ensure that the profiles achieve the correct dimensions and shape.
Haul off and auto Cutting: Once the PVC window profiles are fully formed and treated, they are cut to the required lengths using cutting equipment. Profiles may be coiled, stacked, or packaged for further processing or distribution.
Optional Surface Treatment:
a. Embossing: The cooled profiles may undergo embossing processes to enhance the wood grain texture and detail on the surface.
b. Lamination: Some extrusion lines may use lamination equipment to apply a thin decorative film with a wood grain finish onto the PVC profiles for a more realistic appearance.
By utilizing specialized equipment and techniques, Yongte Wood Grain PVC Window Profile Co-Extrusion Line can produce high-quality PVC profiles that closely resemble the appearance of natural wood. These profiles offer the benefits of PVC, such as low maintenance, durability, and energy efficiency, with the added aesthetic appeal of wood grain finishes.
