1. Extrusion System: Efficient Plasticization of High-Viscosity Materials
Single-Screw Extruder: Utilizing a 33:1 length-to-diameter ratio single-screw design, the screw is equipped with a barrier section and a mixing head. The barrel features a slotted structure, enabling uniform plasticization of MPP materials at high temperatures of 190-220℃, with a capacity of 150-300 kg/h.

2. Die and Mold System: High-Precision Molding Guarantee
Spiral Composite Die Head: Employing a spiral flow-dividing die design, the die cavity pressure is low (≤5MPa), and the melt temperature is uniform (temperature difference ≤2℃). The produced pipes achieve an inner wall smoothness of Ra0.2μm, reducing cable penetration resistance.

3. Vacuum Calibration and Cooling Technology: Equipped with a three-dimensional adjustable vacuum sizing water tank, it controls the vacuum level (-0.06~-0.08MPa) and spray cooling (water temperature 15-25℃) to minimize pipe roundness error and outer diameter tolerance. It also employs a butterfly sizing sleeve with a water curtain, making it particularly suitable for rapid cooling of small-diameter pipes.
