Product description

Yongte 16-63mm PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is used for making PPR pipe with mono layer or three layer, the PPR pipe is widely used for hot water supply. It uses advanced extrusion technology, high speed cooling and calibrating system, automatic pull and cutting machine, automatic feeding and discharge system, automatic temperature control system. it has advantages of high production capacity, high speed production, low power consumption, high automatic, easy operation, easy maintainence.

The core principle of 16-63mm PPR Pipe Extrusion Machine is to use multiple extruders to melt and plasticize PPR raw materials, and then use specially designed molds to compound these different melts together to form a tube blank, and then go through subsequent sizing, cooling, traction, cutting and other processes to finally obtain the finished pipe.

Core Working Principle

The machine employs a multi-extruder extrusion process optimized for PPR material processing:

  1. Melting & Plasticizing: Multiple extruders heat and melt PPR raw materials, converting pellets into a homogeneous, moldable melt with precise viscosity control.

  2. Compound Molding: Specialized multi-layer molds integrate melted PPR materials (single extruder for mono-layer pipes; co-extruded melts for three-layer pipes) to form a continuous tube blank with exceptional layer adhesion.

  3. Sizing & Cooling: The tube blank passes through a high-speed calibration system and cooling tank, where it is shaped to exact dimensions and rapidly solidified to preserve structural integrity.

  4. Traction & Cutting: An automated traction unit pulls the solidified pipe at a consistent speed, while the precision cutting system trims it to customized lengths—ready for automatic discharge and packaging
