Yongte UPVC window profile production line involves a series of processes that transform raw UPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) materials into finished UPVC window profiles ready for installation in windows and doors. Each step in the production line is crucial to ensuring the quality and accuracy of the final product.

Mixing material: The raw UPVC material, along with additives and stabilizers, is mixed in a high-speed mixer to create a uniform compound.

Extrusion and molding: The UPVC compound is fed into our conical twin screw extruder machine where it is melted and then formed into the desired shape of the window profile using the UPVC window profile extrusion mold. The extruder machine pushes the molten UPVC material through the die to create the profile shape.

Vacuum calibration and water cooling: The extruded UPVC profile passes through vacuum calibration system and water cooling tank to ensure accurate dimensions and shape.

Haul-off and Cutting: After cooling, the UPVC profile is hauled off from the calibration table by double caterpillar and automatically cut to the required length by auto cutting machine.

Electric control system: We equip humanized operation interface and intelligent control system allow user to easily control the entire production process. All electric parts are adopt high quality brand, such as Innovance servo motor, ABB inverter, Siemens Contractors, Omron temperature controller.
