1, Wood powder Making Machine:  Yongte supply the complete machine for making wood powder from Agriculture wastage, such as wood chips, wood sawdust, rice husk, rice straw, wheat straw, cotton straw, etc. it includes wood chipping machine, wood crushing machine, and wood powder grinding machine. the capacity can be 400-500kgs/h

2, Plastic recycling machine: the PP/PE plastic wastage can be recycled into plastic flakes with the processing of Yongte plastic recycling machine, including the functions of washing, crushing, agglomeration, or drying. the capacity can be 400-500kg/hour

3, Material Mixing Machine:  Yongte will supply the experienced formulation to customer for making high quality WPC products with low cost, this machine will mix all the material together as per the formulation.

4, Wood and Plastic Composition Compound Granulation Machine : By Compound Granulation process, wood and plastic material can be composited together to ensure the final product quality. the capacity can be 400-500kgs/hour

5, WPC Decking/wall/fence Profile Co-Extrusion Line: The WPC compound material will be extruded by conical twin screw extruder to plastization well and then push into the WPC profile mold to forming the required size and shape. the co-extrusion technology can make WPC profile surface with high quality material with anti-sunshine advantage to increase its using life. online 3D embossing machine can be equipped in this line to acheive beautiful deep wooden grain pattern. this complete extrusion line is designed for high automatic production. one line capacity is around 150-200kg/hour. it is suggested to equip 3-4 lines.

6, WPC Profile Molds: The WPC decking extrusion line also can make other WPC profile products by changing mold, such as WPC wal panel, WPC fence, WPC post, etc.

The electricity control cabinet is designed for easy operation, easy maintain, and high safety, high quality, all the electric parts are world famous brand, such as ABB inverter, Siemens contractor, Omron temperature. all the cables are marked clearly according to drawing.  the cables and connection inside the extrusion line are all done by us, the customer only need to supply one cable from factory power  to this cabinet to start the machine running

7, Stronge machine basic made by solid steel plate

The machine basic structure is made by solid steel plate which is stronge enough to support the running machine for years. all the parts which will touch material or water are made by 304 stainless steel.

8, Durable Screw barrel are made by wearing material

The screw and barrel are made by wearing material which is specially used for WPC material, such as bimetalic screw and SKD barrel for extruder,  WR7 and WR5 wearing material for pelletizer screw and barrel.
