Conical twin-screw extruder: The screw features a special screw rib design (extended mixing section) to ensure uniform dispersion of calcium carbonate, suitable for 50%-70% calcium carbonate filler, with a capacity of 500-800 kg/h.
online laminating device: If SPC sheet needs to be laminated, this device is used to cover the decorative film on the surface of the board.
Extrusion Mold: After the raw materials are heated and dissolved, they are extruded through the mold. The alloy die lip and adjustable flow block can provide uniform pressure to ensure that the shape and size of the board meet the requirements.
SPC sheet Cooling stacker: this stacker is 5 meter length, it is used for nature cooling of the PVC marble sheet.
Edge cutting device: it is used for cutting the width of the SPC floor sheet without unqualited edges.
Hauling machine: Hauling the SPC floor sheet to move it at a certain speed and direction to ensure the continuous production of the board. The rubber pressing block of the hauling machine is usually made of polyurethane material, which does not damage the surface finish when hauling the stone plastic line product.
Cutter: Used to cut the continuously produced SPC floor sheet into the required length.
