Yongte CE certified PPR pipe production line finished production

Yongte has successfully completed the construction of four sets of PPR pipe production lines, which are specifically designed for manufacturing PPR hot and cold water pipes. 

Yongte's PPR pipe production lines have obtained CE certification and are equipped with key components such as high-efficiency extruders and co-extrusion systems, high-speed vacuum forming and spray water cooling systems, as well as stable traction and automatic cutting systems.

The electric control system of Yongte PPR pipe production line adopts innovance servo motor with speed controller to save power consumption. electrical components utilize internationally renowned high-quality brands, including ABB frequency converters, Siemens or Schneider contactors, Omron temperature controllers. The entire electrical cabinet system has undergone safety testing and complies with international safety standards: EN ISO 12100 Safety of machinery, EN 60204-1 Electrical equipment of machines, and EN 61000 series EMC standards.
