In Yongte's production workshop, the wood-plastic composite WPC decking production line is running with a steady, powerful sound as co-extruded WPC decking, with its natural wood grain texture and delicate feel, glided smoothly from the end of the production line! Yongte's dedicated WPC decking co-extrusion line after months of preparation, has finally achieved a successful trial run!

The advantages of this production line include:

Upgraded double-layer co-extrusion process: The co-extruded surface layer has uniform thickness and incorporates anti-aging agents, resulting in excellent weather resistance. It remains moisture-free even during prolonged periods of dampness in the rainy season and does not deform or crack even after a year of outdoor sun exposure. It can withstand high-wear scenarios such as scenic boardwalks (exposed to wind and rain daily) and gyms (heavy loads and frequent cleaning).

Core WPC layer: it is made by the conical twin screw extruder from recycled PP/PE plastic and 70% wood powder composite material, it is not only low-cost but also possesses excellent wood properties and good nail-holding power.

Online 3D embossing: It achieves "one-step production" of co-extrusion and embossing, creating deep 3D textures such as imitation oak and walnut without additional processes, it can make different wooden pattern by changing the embossing roller.

Auto cutting: the cutting machine can cut the WPC co-extrusion decking automatically with required length, the cutting section is smooth without any cutting chips or damage.
