5, WPC Decking/wall/fence Profile Co-Extrusion Line: The WPC compound material will be extruded by conical twin screw extruder to plastization well and then push into the WPC profile mold to forming the required size and shape. the co-extrusion technology can make WPC profile surface with high quality material with anti-sunshine advantage to increase its using life. online 3D embossing machine can be equipped in this line to acheive beautiful deep wooden grain pattern. this complete extrusion line is designed for high automatic production. one line capacity is around 150-200kg/hour. it is suggested to equip 3-4 lines.
6, WPC Profile Molds: The WPC decking extrusion line also can make other WPC profile products by changing mold, such as WPC wal panel, WPC fence, WPC post, etc.
