Yongte’s Wood Plastic Composite Door Machine follows a logical, efficient production sequence that minimizes waste and maximizes output:

  2. Extrusion Molding: The mixed material is fed into the twin-screw extruder, melted, and extruded into WPC door panels of desired thickness.

  3. PUR Lamination: Decorative films are bonded to the WPC panels via hot melt adhesive, enhancing aesthetics and durability.

  4. CNC Precision Processing: Engraving, grooving, and edge trimming are completed in one pass for consistent quality.

  5. Double-Side Sanding: The door surface is polished to remove burrs and achieve a smooth finish.

  6. Fixed-Length Cutting: Doors are cut to custom lengths (standard or non-standard sizes).

  7. Dust Collection & Stacking: Dust is collected during processing, and finished doors are stacked automatically for storage or packaging.
