1, Mixing machine: it is used for mix the raw material as per formulation, we will supply the experienced formulation for making high quality product with low cost, the main material is PVC, CaCo3 and Wood powder with some Chemical additives.

2, WPC door profile extrusion line: it is used for making the WPC door profiles with required size and shape, such as door jamb, door edge cover, door line and other door profiles.

3, WPC door panel extrusion line: it is used for making the WPC door panel with required size and shape, you can change mold for making different width and thickness of door panel.

3, Precision cutting mahcine: it is used for cutting the width/length/angles of the WPC door profiles or WPC door panels according to market needs.

4, WPC door profile lamination machine: it is used for laminating the PVC decoration film on the door profiles.

5, WPC door sanding machine: it is used for sanding the WPC door panel to make the surface more flat which will be better for next lamination or painting process.

6, CNC engraving machine: it is used for making engraved design on WPC door panel surface, or drilling holes on door panel for lock/hingles/glass installation.

7, WPC door lamination machine, it is used for laminating the PVC decoration film on WPC door panel, vacuum lamination machine and PUR lamination machine are optional.
