4, Wood and Plastic Composition Compound Granulation Machine : By Compound Granulation process, wood and plastic material can be composited together to ensure the final product quality. the capacity can be 400-500kgs/hour
5, WPC Decking/wall/fence Profile Co-Extrusion Line: The WPC compound material will be extruded by conical twin screw extruder to plastization well and then push into the WPC profile mold to forming the required size and shape. the co-extrusion technology can make WPC profile surface with high quality material with anti-sunshine advantage to increase its using life. online 3D embossing machine can be equipped in this line to acheive beautiful deep wooden grain pattern. this complete extrusion line is designed for high automatic production. one line capacity is around 150-200kg/hour. it is suggested to equip 3-4 lines.
6, WPC Profile Molds: The WPC decking extrusion line also can make other WPC profile products by changing mold, such as WPC wal panel, WPC fence, WPC post, etc.
7, Surface treatment:
online 3D embossing: the online 3D embossing machine can make WPC surface with deep wooden grain texture, it is installed on the extrusion line, diffrent texture can be made by changing mold.
offline 2D embossing: the 2D embossing machine can make WPC surface with light wooden grain texture, it can be used after the extrusion line, diffrent texture can be made by changing mold.
sanding and brushing machine: sanding and brushing machine is used for making the WPC profile surface with rough like wood.
