We thank our Indian customer for ordering our wood-plastic composite (WPC) production equipment. After two months of hard work, our technical team has finally completed the production of this equipment. and the complete WPC production equipment is successfully inspected by indian customer

The Indian customer's core requirements for WPC production equipment included the ability to process recycled materials and low-cost production. Yongte equipment, through a conical twin-screw extruder and customized molds, can efficiently utilize recycled plastics such as plastic bags and films, reducing raw material costs. Furthermore, the equipment, through online embossing, rapid cooling, and automatic cutting systems, produces dimensionally stable WPC products with realistic wood grain, meeting the Indian customer's needs for environmental protection and durability.
